Before processing large files

What to expect
- vCard 3.0 and 4.0 only; version 2.1, quoted-printable and embedded binary properties are unsupported. JSON preserves property names, parameters and text; CSV exports selected contact fields, with repeated fields represented as JSON arrays. Maximum 64 MiB / 100,000 contacts.
